2. Height for Car Parking
    For height of car park inside the building, we can use 2.0m - 2.40m clear height.
3. Standard Driveway Width
    No specific width from the code but we can use 3.0 m minimum.

5. Driveways across sidewalks 
  • To maximize the use of the sidewalk area, the surface of the sidewalk and the driveway shall as much as possible, be at the same place. The entry ramp of the driveway connecting the roadway surface to the sidewalk surface shall have a slope ranging from one in three (1/3) to one on four (1/4)
  • Whenever the height of the curb is more than 200 mm, driveways may be constructed across the entire width of the sidewalk, provided that the driveway shall be joined to the sidewalk by means of a ramp of rough finish having a slope of not more than one in eight (1/8).
  • Driveway underneath arcades may be allowed only underneath cantilevered arcades within the road right-of-way or underneath colonnaded arcades on private properties outside the road right-of-way.
6. Entrances and exits of buildings abutting sidewalks shall be made of either ramps or steps. 
  • Entrance or exit ramps shall have a slope not exceeding one in ten (1/10)
  • Entrance or exit ramps shall have treads of not less than 300 mm. The minimum number of steps shall be two (2) with risers not exceeding 100 mm.
  • No portion of either entrance or exit ramps or steps intrude into the sidewalk pavement.


7. Minimum Dimension for Car Parking (for Disabled)
      - Accessible parking slots should have a minimum width of 3.70 m
